Originally from Nova Scotia, John has lived from coast to coast, including Halifax, Montreal, Whistler and Vancouver, with stops in Calgary and Toronto. Having experienced these relocations himself, he understands the realities of settling into a new community and draws on that perspective to help his clients feel confident and supported throughout their move.

With more than 30 years of experience in sales and marketing, John has built strong negotiation skills, a calm problem-solving approach, and a reputation for always advocating on behalf of his clients. His dedication has earned him numerous awards, recognizing his commitment and professionalism.

John’s background in renovation provides a practical advantage when evaluating properties. As former president of a 92-unit townhouse complex and current owner of a restored 1928 duplex in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce, he knows how to assess structure, potential and value in a way that helps clients make informed decisions.

An active member of his community, John is a certified scuba diver, lifelong golfer, tennis and soccer player, and enjoys exploring Côte-des-Neiges and Westmount on his Harley-Davidson. Above all, he is a devoted husband and father who values connection and trust in every relationship.
